Had a bit of a blow on the exhaust so decided to sort it once and for all...
Had a couple mins spare this morning nipped out the unit and moded the exhaust..
So i now have a sraight through system exiting just in front of the rear wheel behind the side bars.. Sounds awesome and goes better tooooo..
Added a chrome tailpipe angled to the floor slightly to keep the smog from eating the side of the van..

Also while i was out there i pulled the front end apart and fitted a set of new TDI racing 150bhp injector nozzles.. Now pulls like a chuffing train goes really well..

Heres a couple pics of the side exit exhaust...

Well last weekend we prep'd primed and painted the door shuts and inside in the celly orange and it was f**king nuts paint just wouldn't cover well at all..
So the rear shut and sliding door step and shut gonna be done again but around the windows are just gonna be left as they are gonna get carpeted sometime anyway..

Had some spare time over the weekend so we got the body prep'd (apart from the roof and masked up the shuts and windows..

Then chucked 3 coats of 2k primer on and plastic primed the bumpers then 2k'd them aswell..

Just got to prep the doors inside and out and the mirrors then prime them all up, guild coat it all flat it back then PAINT.. Oh and do the roof aswell..

Just ordered some decent 2k paint so she'll be done in 2pac... Fingers crossed i'll get her done this weekend..
